Alligator Bayou Swamp Tour

These are just some pictures that I took of Alligator Bayou Swamp near Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The great thing about this swamp is that the people who own it gave up their former careers to buy the swamp save it from being turned into commercial property. It's a great time and the money you spend there goes toward preserving the swamp. Visit them here.


The large rodent above is a tame nutrea, a water rodent, a gift imported to Louisiana from Argentina I believe.
